We source expert candidates through academic publications, conference circuits, industry referrals, LinkedIn intelligence, and inbound applications. We track 500+ AI professionals globally who have Gulf relevance — regional expertise, Arabic capability, or topic alignment with Gulf priorities.

Every candidate goes through a structured evaluation: technical depth assessment, speaking demo review (video or live), Gulf cultural awareness screening, reference checks with past event organizers, and topic-market fit analysis. We score across 12 dimensions.

Accepted experts receive a comprehensive Gulf Cultural Intelligence Brief covering business protocol, religious observance, national sensitivities, audience expectations by country, and dress code guidance. They also receive our Expert Handbook covering logistics, payment terms, and quality standards.

Experts sign our quality agreement, provide speaker kit materials (bio, headshot, topic list), complete their Minbar.ai profile, and do a test run with our cultural preparation team. They receive their Gulf Voice Score — our proprietary readiness rating.

After every engagement, we collect audience ratings, client feedback, and cultural fit assessments. Experts below 4.0/5 average receive coaching. Below 3.5/5 triggers a review. Below 3.0/5 results in removal from the roster. We also track cancellation rates and reliability scores.
