Every candidate goes through a structured evaluation: technical depth assessment, speaking demo review (video or live), Gulf cultural awareness screening, reference checks with past event organizers, and topic-market fit analysis. We score across 12 dimensions.

Accepted experts receive a comprehensive Gulf Cultural Intelligence Brief covering business protocol, religious observance, national sensitivities, audience expectations by country, and dress code guidance. They also receive our Expert Handbook covering logistics, payment terms, and quality standards.

Experts sign our quality agreement, provide speaker kit materials (bio, headshot, topic list), complete their Minbar.ai profile, and do a test run with our cultural preparation team. They receive their Gulf Voice Score — our proprietary readiness rating.
